NEMS licensed the decorative towel, and "NEMS Enterprise LTD" was imprinted in the lower left-hand corner. Windsor Textile Co. Inc. made the actual Beatles' Beach Towel out of Chicago, then supplied to Towel Decorators for the Cannon Mills Company (founded in 1888 – located at 101 West First – Lake Drive, Kannapolis, North Carolina); labels printed for Cannon Mills Towel Decorators stated, 'Made Expressly for Towel Decorators.'

The 35" x 66" towel was adorned with "The Beatles" printed across the top area, along with facsimile first-name signatures accompanying each musician.

The white towel featured sketches of The Beatles sporting colorful, striped vintage men's Victorian bathing suits and groovy "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!" splashed across the lower section.

The sketches were made from photographs captured by band photographer Dezo Hoffmann on July 27, 1963.

One advertisement for the towel stated, "Jumbo 'Beatles' Beach Towel. 35" x66" cotton terry. Color-printed Beatles pictures and autographs. $2.66."

Windsor Textile Co. Inc. was named in a NEMS Enterprises, Ltd vs. Seltaeb, Incorporated lawsuit filed in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, First Judicial Department, dated: New York, New York, July 6, 1965. They also had their merchandising license included in contracts supplied to Apple Corps Limited on August 8, 1968, by the firm Wright, Webb & Company.

Windsor Textile was an affiliate of the Textilrint Company, which themselves were acquired by merger on July 1, 1961, by Windsor Texprint Inc. (organized under Illinois law on August 8, 1961.) Windsor Texprint Inc. was located at 2357 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. The company was labeled "printing of towels and other textile products."
